Everthing You Needed To Know About 6 Pack Abs Workouts Men

Wayne asks…

My grandfather and my grandfather’s brother both had bellyfat real bad, is their genes stopping my 6 pack abs?

I’m really frustrated, and no matter how intense my workouts whether cardio or strength training. I’ve adopted my elder males’ bellyfat and it’s pissing me off. This is ridiculous, man. What am I going to have to do go on a no carb diet because of my bad genetics of bellyfat within the male side of my family?

Dirk answers:

You don’t have to go on a no carb diet, especially if you have intense workouts.
Either way, if you do a no carb diet, once you start eating carbs again, you’re just going to gain weight back.
Just look at your current eating habits.
Just because you workout like crazy, you could be eating unhealthy.
THAT would be stopping your 6 pack.

Alana asks…

How to get a clearer and more balanced 6 pack Abs?

I’ve been tied up my workout schedules for about 4 months which includes swimming three times per week, jogging and weightlifting once per week and especially doing 30 min ABS exercises 3 times per week. To me, I’m quite energetic but my ABS result does not seem as my expectation. It’s not so clear like those hunky men on the magazines and especially my right side is not as clear as the left one despite my balance in exercising both sides. I’m also following a pretty strict and 6pack-oriented eating habits.

I’m now quite confused about how to get a more visible and more balanced 6packs. I am look forward to your helpful advices. Thanks a lot !!!

Dirk answers:

Might want to try a new ab routine. Other than that, be patient. It sounds to me like you are doing everything else right. Congrats on the success thus far. Check the link below for some new ab ideas.

Lynn asks…

I have a question about Abs and bodybuilding?

I’m curious as to what may cause some people to workout and get 6 pack abs…yet there stomach still protrudes like they have a gut. This is seen in a lot of football players…mainly large Linemen or even during those worlds strongest man competitions. Is it because they are doing ab workouts supported by heavy weights…not enough cardio?
I’ve just always been concerned. Becuase i would like a flat six pack..not a protruding 6 pack.

Dirk answers:

It’s the one common thing everyone would probably agree on wanting, yet they’d all disagree on how to say it. For example, some people may want washboard abs, others may prefer a flat stomach. You might want to get six pack abs, but your friend might want ripped abs. Person X would love to have chiseled abdominals, yet Person Y would rather have a slim sexy core. No matter which way you say it (and for the record, I find 99.9% of these ways absolutely hilarious) they all mean the same thing.

The big problem here is that a lot of people don’t seem to actually understand what that is and, even more so, how exactly to get it. So… Let’s change that.
