Whats the easiest way to workouts for ur abs? What can i do at home with no equipment? and how long would it take to get a 6 pack? i have pretty good abs i can do 55 sit-ups in a min so can anyone help me?

Leg raises- lie down on your back, with your hands behind your bum and slowly lift your legs up to the celing and lower then. Repeat.

Hello, Mohammad here. I want to get a six pack. I need a way that I can get it at home with no equipment. My dad won’t buy the equipment so I need to find a way to do it at home. I Googled it but it says you also need fat burning cardio workouts to so the abs show. Can someone tell me how to get a six pack fast and some good cardio workouts to burn fat.

Haha. Alrite, make sure u do all 3 of the ones i list:
1. Bicycles (these r REALLY good for the form)
2. Sit ups
3. Umm… I forgot wat its called but u can do this by urself or with a partner. If u do it by urself, lay on the floor face up. Put ur hands behind ur head and grab on to something. Keep ur legs straight and bring them up and down without bending them. If doing it with a partner, its the same except u grab on to ur partners legs and they push ur legs down every time u go up. This one would be the fastest in my opinion.
Anyways, cycle between all of them to make it the best. And drink protein shakes or even milk, which contain protein, before and after the workout.

i just was wonderin about some info on core strengthening exercises. so my core will be balanced.i hav a good body shape nd i dont see a need to lose weight to start to see abs. the exercises im lookin for are 1′s that are effective and done at home with no use of equipment.

Your best bet would be to check the books at the library. The core is like a girdle around the torso involving the abdominal muscles and back muscles. You could get a DVD, or/and do weight work.
